Jacques Saint Fleur is a 1st Generation Haitian-American, passionate about Personal and Professional Growth. Motivating and Inspiring community leaders to develop a sharper mindset to multiply their impact in the community. Only 2 weeks out of High School, Jacques enlisted in the U.S. Navy where he achieved a Top Secret clearance in Nuclear Technology and Communications. Cultivating the principles of discipline, he gained techniques on how to guide his troops into the unknown. With over 20 years of Leadership Development, Jacques has led multiple teams and organizations with industry leading business strategies. He has raised leaders who have gone on to make an impact and transfer their skills across professions.. Certified John Maxwell Leadership & Development Coach, specializing in Sales, Communications, and Building Relationships. Jacques is talented in removing self-limiting beliefs in order to maximize your potential and pursuing your goals. Jacques migrated his family from Worcester, Massachusetts to Los Angeles, California. Motivated to find additional resources to empower underserved communities across the country. Partnered with IBTU in South Central LA to organize Food Distributions, Back 2 School Supplies, and Christmas Toy Drives. This grassroots organization inspired him to take part in the movement.
