Stepping Into The New (STIN) Mentoring Program

The NETwork Frontline Management Mentoring Program is designed to help AT&T frontline employees realize their potential and maintain relevancy through professional development, active learning, and networking. Mentors and Mentees will participate in mentoring sessions focused on:

  • Creating opportunities for frontline employees to understand industry changes to consider while developing and executing on a successful career plan.
  • Providing frontline employees with career guidance opportunities to learn core competencies and leadership development.
